The course project
The course project will be related to one or more bioinformatical databases. Usually you need to write some kind of parser to extract information from given databases or you can use tools in BioPerl, BioPython, BioJava, BioRuby ,etc . You need to write documentation of the code.You won't get your corse credits before the project documentation is accepted. Documentation and the code should be zipped together and named binfprog_your_own_name.zip (or) gz.

You should solve at least two questions of each weeks exercises. Questions will appear on moodle pages of this courseLinks to questions will appear on moodle each Friday and solutions should be returned latest at next Wednesday.
